At the beginning of the process for the election of the general director of the National College of Sciences and Humanities (CCH), after Benjamín Barajas Sánchez concludes his four-year term, academics unionized in the Assembly of Professors of the Five Schools of this entity called for the registration and examination of the applicants to be carried out with the greatest transparency and maximum publicity

for a possible re-election of the current CEO. Miguel Rangel Aguilera, subject teacher at CCH Naucalpan, recalled that before the announcement was published, last Thursday, the teachers’ assembly delivered a letter to the rectory to demand that the appointment be postponed until there was convenient conditions

They argued that even though it has been announced that the return to classrooms has already begun in the CCH campuses, there are still many teachers who have decided not to do so due to the prevailing hygiene and safety conditions

In accordance with the announcement, the registration period for university students aspiring to the position will end on Friday, February 11.
The rector Enrique Graue must formulate the short list that, prior approval of the Technical Council of this school, he will send to the Governing Board so that it proceeds to the appointment of the corresponding general director for the period 2022-2026.
