Ignacio Alarcón Rodríguez Pacheco, president of the Business Coordinating Council (CCE)stressed that, although the people of Puebla have come to be vaccinated, they cannot be trusted either and Holy Weekdue to the holidays, it will be important to maintain the provisions to avoid any outbreak of contagion that affects the economy.
“I am of the idea that we continue in the 27,000 affiliated companies of the ECC with all the protocols, as we currently have them, even if we are at a green traffic light and without zero infections”, he explained.
He indicated that the 16 chambers and associations of the body are taking care that there are no infections within the work centersalthough they have occurred, but of those who do not abide by health measures in their free time.
The leader reiterated that no businessman it is convenient for you to reduce activities again and work partially, so that in the next holiday period it will be seen whether or not there was social relaxation.
He commented that this period of 15 days off should be used to improve the economy without neglecting the provisions, “because it will not do much to have more spills if contagion problems will arise again later.”
Alarcon Rodriguez called businesses and service providerswhich will present the concentration of clients, to issue the proper information at the entrances of the premises so that there is capacity control.
Even, he explained, they will have to invest in more cleaning products and personal protection items, despite the fact that it can represent an expense of more than 15,000 pesos each month.
He considered important the involvement of state and municipal authorities so that people “do not let their guard down”, this through campaigns on prevention in the pandemic.
