An audit report submitted by the Chamber of Accountspoints out alleged faults in the “planning of works” that were carried out in the management of the former prosecutor Jean Alain Rodríguez in the Plan of Humanization of the Penitentiary System of the Dominican Republic.
The “lack of planning of the works” in this flat would have cost him in final contracts around of RD$8,535,985,106 to the State from the Attorney General’s Office (PGR).
