CC points out alleged “lack of planning of works” in Jean Alain’s Humanization Plan

An audit report submitted by the Chamber of Accountspoints out alleged faults in the “planning of works” that were carried out in the management of the former prosecutor Jean Alain Rodríguez in the Plan of Humanization of the Penitentiary System of the Dominican Republic.

Other “irregularities” committed were the “absence of inventory reports and records in the fixed assets, amount to the sum of RD$1,522,035,660”; “weaknesses and vulnerabilities found during the physical inspection, for the amount of RD$348,299,904”.
