The ex-president Pedro Castillo used the same response to resolve the 11 questions made by the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations, headed by Lady Camones (Alliance for Progress), in charge of carrying out the constitutional complaint process.

Being the case that the events of December 7, 2022 are in full investigation, before the preparatory investigation judge 39-2022; and, in addition, with an 18-month preventive detention order. There is a duplicity of investigation: one by Congress and the other by the judiciary”, he also wrote as part of his “response”.
Other questions were regarding who prepared his last message to the Nation, with whom he coordinated to close Parliament, with whom he was in the Government Palace while giving the announcement, the participation of then-premier Betssy Chávez, among others.
