“The ministers are in constant evaluation, we are not thinking about friendships, but about responsibilities, we are not thinking about our circle because we have called them to work for the country”emphasized the president.
The president also said that the only way to put an end to what he calls “bad political rumours” is through work, and assured that he hopes not to have ministers in his cabinet who have come for economic interests.

“These political rumors have to be answered with concrete tasks, they have chosen us to work with transparency and honesty; it would be painful to hear that the ministers have come to office to line their pockets”, he mentioned.
Peru, an economically stable country
During his speech, President Pedro Castillo also highlighted the economic stability that the country is currently experiencing and made a Call to investors to bet on Peru. “There is legal security here, and we are going to guarantee economic security,” he said.
