Starting this Wednesday (4), customers who pledge assets at Caixa Econômica Federal can obtain up to 20% more in the appraisal values. The additional amount will be used both in new loans and in change for customers with current operations.
Any citizen over 18 years of age can take out the pledge, regardless of whether they have a Caixa account. To sign the contract, it is necessary to present ID, Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF) and proof of current residence. Just go to one of the Caixa agencies that operate the pledge.
For Caixa customers, the maximum loan amount can reach 100% of the asset’s valuation. Those who do not have a relationship with the bank can obtain up to 85% of the value of the item in the pledge. Objects accepted for pledge include jewelry and items made from gold, silver, platinum and pearls, as well as watches, coins and high-value pens.
One of the cheapest forms of access to credit, the pledge is characterized by security and easy contracting in the market. The customer delivers the item, which is evaluated by specialized professionals, receives the loan and can redeem the jewelry when paying off the amount.
The loan does not require credit analysis and can even accommodate negative creditors.
