Cartagena warehouse was sealed after handcuffing a woman who was asking for her liquidation

In this regard, the woman said that she received a subpoena, allegedly for disturbing public order.

Due to this, and to the multiple complaints from public opinion and even from President Gustavo Petro, Edwin Palma Egea, Vice Minister of Labor Relations within the Ministry of Labor, the Jon Sonen venue was temporarily sealed.

Palma Egea mentioned that the decision was not made solely for this case, since apparently, more irregularities were found with more employees of said store.

“We summon the parties. Indeed there is an alleged labor debt. By the way we did an inspection and found two workers, one of them apparently without social security”, commented the official on his Twitter account.
