Opportunistic, crazy and ambitious, Carminha is undoubtedly one of the greatest villains of Brazilian soap operas. A woman with a past that made her cruel even to her own daughter. Adriana Esteves had with this novel one of the most praised roles of her career and she knew how to earn the admiration of all the fans who closely followed the story of Nina and Jorgito.
Esteves achieved undisputed success with “Avenida Brasil” and his character. Among her awards, the interpreter achieved two nominations for the International Emmy Awards as “Best Actress”.
As a curious fact, we tell you that Forbes magazine considered the soap opera as “a worldwide television phenomenon and the most profitable soap opera in history.”
Flora
This villain is careful, so much so that during some chapters she deceived us all and we came to think that she was “the good one”.
This fearsome woman convinced us of her innocence and led us to look with suspicion at the story’s victim, Donatella (Claudia Raia).
