From the historic parishes El Valle and Car, bastions of popular struggle and revolutionary conscience, the candidate for re -election to the mayor’s office of the Libertador municipality of Caracas by the great patriotic pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB), a/J Carmen Meléndez, closed her campaign with the fervor of the Bolivarian people that accompanies her in every corner of the capital.
With the Caracas T7+Government Plan, Meléndez proposes to deepen the popular governance model that has paid off in each community. “We go together and together to continue transforming our capital, to set an example to the world and all Venezuela. This method of governance comes to stay. It is with the people that we are going to work, articulating with each scale of government to continue providing solutions.”
“Caracas, I love you as much as I love my land. I am more Caraqueña than Llanera, so I have accompanied them for each territory of the 22 parishes and the 299 communes and communal circuits. Now we have an empowered town fulfilling the instructions of our president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros. Caracas, we go for more and more; we will consolidate everything we have done. We will go wrong, we will correct it, ”he said with emotion and revolutionary commitment.
Meléndez, a woman with a street, struggle and word, reaffirmed her link with the Caracas people. “Neighbors and neighbors that I want so much, that I always visit them, we will continue on the street and in the territory attending them to all. I am their mayor and his candidate. That is why we will continue working. We have done a lot, but we are not satisfied. We will continue making the transformations and changes necessary to guarantee a beautiful, beautiful and patriot Caracas.”
The campaign, lived with joy, music, dialogue and commitment, has been a sample of Chavista love for the people. “We have been sharing, singing, talking and listening to the people. They are not surprised if we have to sleep in the neighborhoods to solve the problems. Thus is governed in revolution, with the people and for the people!” He said strongly.
Among his proposals, he announced the transformation of the Bolívar car and the valley in tourist, cultural and citizen meeting spaces. “We want a beautiful city, with many cultural manifestations, so that they are the most visited. And we will work so that in the 22 parishes we have tourist corridors that exalt our Caracas identity.”
“We are going to govern with evidence, that the works are seen. We are a government that works obeying the people. Carmen Meléndez is a woman of word, what he says fulfills and we have demonstrated it,” he said before a crowd that cheered her with enthusiasm.
Similarly, he made a patriotic call to participate on July 27, Historic Day for the Homeland, in the consultation of youth projects. “Our youth is the present that is being built for the future.”
With the strength of Chávez’s legacy, the firm guide of Nicolás Maduro and the support of the Caracas people, Carmen Meléndez said that “the GPPSB goes to a great victory in Caracas. We go with everything, with joy, with conscience and with revolution!”
Finally, he invited the people to the great closure of the campaign to take place tomorrow, where Caracas will meet as a single voice of hope, commitment and victory.
