“The reorganization of the ministry and its budget sought in the government of change. I lead this reorganization with the purpose of shielding the resources of greed and corruption. Thanks to ISO 37001, which we are applying, we leave the way to have an anti -corruption management system, ”he said.
Rosero assured that the structural team of the ministry is consolidated, with more than 500 workersbetween public officials and contractors, whom he asked to respect their working conditions. He stressed that this is “the first ministerial portfolio raised from zero in the last hundred years.”
