Pimentel said that the General Directorate of Contracting issued five resolutions in which it annulled all the documentation referring to said tender with Transcore Latam, and that it was that entity that sent the case to the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic and that they complied with the provisions of Law 340.
«We have fulfilled according to the mandate of the Law 03-40 and that case is now in other instances, in the hands of the Public Ministry, which is fulfilling its functions,” he explained.
