The people of Caracas received the year 2023 with a great celebration in Plaza Bolívar, where artists of various musical genres participated.
The head of the Government of Caracas, Nahum Fernández, expressed “we welcome the year 2023 in the Plaza Bolívar in Caracas, together with the families of this beautiful city, a tradition that fills us with joy.”
For her part, the mayor of Caracas, A/J Carmen Meléndez, highlighted: “Caracas celebrates the farewell of 2022 and the arrival of 2023, with music and joy in Plaza Bolívar. May next year be one of success and much more harmony”.
This activity is part of the Caracas Retumba con Paz y Alegría Festival, developed in the capital city.
