The National Transit Agency (ANT) reported that the services of vehicle registration and of delivery of licenses have been partially restored.
In a statement, the ANT reported that in Guayaquil, Quito, Loja, Puyango, Cañar, Cuenca, Esmeraldas, Carchi and Imbabura the registration of cars and motorcycles.
However, only Quito is possible to carry out the procedure for the obtaining the license of driving.
