The National Transit Agency (ANT) reported that the services of vehicle registration and of delivery of licenses have been partially restored.
In a statement, the ANT reported that in Guayaquil, Quito, Loja, Puyango, Cañar, Cuenca, Esmeraldas, Carchi and Imbabura the registration of cars and motorcycles.
However, only Quito is possible to carry out the procedure for the obtaining the license of driving. This November 5, 2021 “the license delivery service will be provided at the head office to those who had their turn scheduled for this day,” detailed the ANT and insisted that the other shifts will be rescheduled in the next few days.
Since October 21, 2021, due to a computer attack, the services of the ANT they were suspended.
