Captured woman accused of murdering a man with a chair

The Cicpc arrested a woman accused of the murder of a man, an event that occurred in Cumaná (Sucre).

The detainee is identified as Carmen Eloisa Ortíz Vicent (49), captured in the Martín Valiente parish of the Sucre state capital.

On the day of the event, Carmen Eloisa was walking through the El Arbolito sector with Juan Carlos Gutiérrez Hernández (50), when an argument broke out between them. So much so that the woman took a chair and hit the man on the head with it, a situation that caused her death in that place. The Cicpc recovered the chair, arrested the woman and handed her over to the Prosecutor’s Office.

In another proceeding, agents attached to the Cicpc Homicide Investigation Division arrested Víctor José Jiménez Rivas (41), nicknamed El Chino, and Juan José Reyes Ferrer (29), alias El Gato, as allegedly responsible for the murder of Miguel Ángel. Puche Ascanio (50). The body of this man was located on May 14 on the Gran Cacique Indio Guaicaipuro highway, Caricuao direction, near Antímano, on the banks of the Guaire River, Caracas.

These subjects, along with another named Josué, subdued Miguel Ángel, tied him up and beat him to death, and then threw the body into the Guaire. All because El Gato’s partner had an intimate relationship with Miguel Ángel, according to the Cicpc.
