The Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) seized 53 kilos and 66 grams of marijuana that they were transporting in 97 panels, according to military sources. This procedure was carried out at the Citizen Service Point located in Puerto Cabello (Carabobo), says the report from Detachment 412 of the GNB.
The panels were transported in a double bottom located in the trunk of a green Chevrolet Blazer vehicle, license plate AF846XA, driven by Javier José Chirinos, which was detained.
Chirinos was traveling from Coro (Falcón) and planned to deliver the drug shipment in Valencia (Carabobo).
Precisely in the San Félix sector, Mauroa municipality, Falcón state, military officials detected and destroyed a clandestine landing strip, allegedly used by drug trafficking groups.
This procedure was carried out as part of Operation Buchivacoa 2024 carried out by the Bolivarian National Armed Forces.
And at the MRW delivery company located in Ureña (Táchira), the military seized 30 packages of marijuana, weighing five kilos and 40 grams hidden inside a sack of corn flour.
Subsequently, the arrest of Diego Andrés Lázaro Navarro, of Colombian nationality, who was sending said parcel to the city of San Juan de Colón (Táchira), was carried out, according to a report from Detachment 212 of the GNB.
In another procedure, police officials from the Chacao municipality (Miranda) arrested William José Ugas Patiño (46) and Mileidys Flores (36) on Francisco de Miranda Avenue and Elice Street. From these people they seized 93 onions of cocaine, and 26 of marijuana, reported the director of Polichacao, Luis Gonzalo Fernández, through a bulletin.
