The Cicpc reported the capture of a 16-year-old teenager accused of murdering a fifteen-year-old with a shotgun.
The victim is identified as Oklin David Torcati Valderrama (15), who was attacked with a shotgun on the morning of this Monday, December 5 in the Enmanuel sector, Unión parish, Iribarren municipality (Barquisimeto), Lara state.
The teens engaged in boxing, in which Oklin punched the 16-year-old. This boy was enraged to the point that he searched for a shotgun with which he murdered the fifteen-year-old.
The Cicpc agents arrested the attacker and his brother identified as Frederly Alexander Figueroa Figueroa (18), who lent him the shotgun which they seized.
The detainees were handed over to the Public Ministry.
