Cicpc officials captured Asdrúbal Gonzalo Castillo Palacio (52), accused of committing sexual abuse against a 12-year-old girl, whom he moved to his home and committed the act, reported the scientific police.
Castillo was caught on the José Antonio Páez highway, at the height of the La Arboleda sector, Araure municipality, Portuguesa.
The subject was being searched for since last week when a video was broadcast where Castillo is seen in boxers and being rebuked by residents of the Villa Araure urbanization, La Arboleda sector, Araure.
In the video, a child can be seen getting up from a bed and pulling up his shorts.
Previously, agents of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) arrested two relatives of Castillo, because they allegedly hid him just when the Cicpc tried to arrest him. In this case, the detainees are: Luis Alfredo Valerio (46), the subject’s brother-in-law, and his sister, Zulay Ramona Castillo (51). Apparently these people hid the fugitive in Tapa de Piedra, a village in the Araure municipality.
