The Cicpc captured Mario Delgado (70), who was allegedly the perpetrator of the homicide committed against his brother Omar Delgado (54), an incident that occurred in La Cedrala, Capacho Nuevo (Táchira).
The Delgado brothers were drinking alcoholic beverages and in the middle of the evening Omar demanded payment of a debt from Mario.
The septuagenarian infuriated the claim to such an extent that he began to beat his brother with a stick until he died, according to the Cicpc version.
The murderer fled the scene but was later arrested by the Cicpc.
