Three subjects allegedly associated with the Tancol groups (Armed Terrorists, Colombian Drug Traffickers) were captured in Pedraza, Barinas, according to a report by the Bolivarian National Police (PNB).
The subjects are accused by neighbors of applying extortion against the region’s agro-producers, under death threats.
The detainees are: Vicente Honaldo Castro (54), Kelver Reyes Benítez (26) and Leonel Reyes Benítez (27). The latter is known as Captain Dixon.
These people seized an AR15 556×45 caliber rifle, with a magazine containing 12 ammunition, 5 pistols, 2 intercom radios and a camouflaged hood, the report says.
The Public Ministry was informed of the procedure.
