The Cicpc captured Charve Yomir Espinoza Mijares (31), accused of murdering José Humberto Sanguino Gómez (67) with a knife, an event that occurred in Brisas de Propatria, Sucre parish, Libertador municipality, Caracas.
The event originated when Charve went to José Humberto’s house and pawned him his cell phone in exchange for money. Charve used up the entire loan in a gambling house, so he returned to José Humberto’s house for more money.
Already in the lender’s property, Charve subdued him with a knife and forced him to return his cell phone. José Humberto died as a result of penetrating puncture wounds, while Charve fled with his cell phone and other property.
Subsequently, Espinoza Mijares was arrested in the El Cortijo urbanization, El Recreo parish, Caracas, detailed the scientific police.
