The Cicpc arrested in Valencia (Carabobo) Víctor Manuel González Flores (29), one of the alleged perpetrators of the murder of Jorge Luis Viloria Ferrer (34), which occurred on February 12 in the Negro Primero sector, Los Guayos, Carabobo state .
The information posted on the Cicpc’s Instagram site states that Luis Enrique Mora (21) also participated in this homicide, who is being sought by the scientific police.
Both intercepted the victim and subdued him with a knife to strip him of his property. And that’s when they hurt him and hit him on the head with a stone, causing his death on the spot.
The detainee was handed over to the Fifth Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry.
