Ibrahim Javier Valderrama Barreto (45) was handed over to the 26th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry, accused of impregnating his daughter who suffers from Autism Spectrum Syndrome.
The information was disclosed by cicpc through her Instagram site where it is specified that everything was discovered when the minor’s mother took her to the doctor and they detected her pregnancy.
According to what was investigated by cicpcthe teenager’s father abused her for several months until he got her pregnant.
In the medical consultation they also observed “signs of sexual abuse” and this was reflected in the report of the scientific police.
Valderrama was captured in the San José parish, Caracas.
