Rodolfo José Roa Hernández (27) was arrested in the José Félix Ribas neighborhood of Petare, accused of participating in the violent demonstrations that arose after the presidential elections on July 28.
This was reported on his Instagram account by the director of the Cicpc, Commissioner Douglas Rico, who explained that the procedure was carried out in zone 9 of the parish of Petare, in an operation carried out by mixed commissions of the police force.
It is indicated that Roa Hernández is also the cousin of the leader of the highly dangerous gang known as Wilexis. The detained subject would have participated in the violent demonstrations as a “comandito of terror” (guarimbero), which occurred days after the presidential elections on July 28 of this year, according to the information released.

“While carrying out meticulous and exhaustive field work, Scientific Police sleuths also detained Kleiverson Abraham Landaez Rivas (22), José Alfredo Velásquez Méndez (29), who was requested before the First Control Court of the state of Sucre, for detention or concealment of a firearm and a 15-year-old boy, nicknamed Anthuan,” he said.
Furthermore, the aforementioned subjects are dedicated to the marketing and distribution of narcotic and psychotropic substances in the different parishes of the Sucre municipality, generating anxiety and unrest in its inhabitants with the constant extortion of merchants.
The Cicpc “seized an alleged psychotropic and narcotic substance, 27 ammunition, and a smartphone, as evidence of the case, which was sent to the 23rd Prosecutor’s Office of the Caracas Metropolitan Area.”
