Capriles: Borges wanted to be chancellor during Guaidó's interim term

After his resignation from the Primero Justicia party, Henrique Capriles continues to reveal intricacies of the aurinegra awning and in his new statements he airs the real intentions of Julio Borges to gain an important share of power during the interim of Juan Guaidó. She also continues to accuse him of refusing to be accountable to the party.

“Borges did not sign the agreement in the Dominican Republic because he was plotting the interim and, since he could not be president, he wanted to be the chancellor; “He never said anything to the party,” he revealed to the website Effect Cocuyo.

He also said that the party has not yet received an explanation from Borges and Ocariz about the negotiation they carried out with Samark López (the alleged front man of the former president of PDVSA and now imprisoned for corruption, Tarek El Aissami), which was leaked to through some audios that revealed the negotiations.

Capriles says that under the mantle of supposedly defending the votes, Borges and his group refuse to debate underlying issues such as “the accountability of the board and the management of money.”

“Borges refuses to inform the party how and how he uses the money to finance the activities, as well as the management of the country’s frozen funds, since he was interim chancellor, as well as the money used by the Forma y Foundation. Juan Germán Roscio, directed by Paola Bautista, vice president of Training and Programs. That, on the money side; but Borges is not accountable for anything, for any decision he makes that should be discussed by the board and uses the party networks for personal purposes and to promote his books; there is no social agenda there.”
