The governor of Chaco, Jorge Capitanich, announced this Friday a year-end bonus of 20,000 pesos for public administration workers and presented a series of economic measures with special discounts in various items, with the aim of boosting consumption in the framework of the end of the year parties.
“With these measures we seek to strengthen the salary and generate certainty so that Chaco families can face their end-of-year purchases and enjoy the holidays,” said the provincial president when making the announcements.
It is a bonus $20,000 for the entire public administration, which will be paid on December 19, while the Christmas bonus will be paid between 21 and 22; and the payment of salaries will be on the 28th and 29th, as specified by the provincial government.
In addition, the program was relaunched ‘Super-discount days’ in supermarkets next Wednesday, December 21 and 28, and discounts in toy stores on Tuesdays 20 and 27, to buy with your card and NBCH24 Wallet.

Regarding the bonus, the Chaco president specified: “We are talking about the entire public administration, police, health personnel, decentralized organizations and more than 40,000 retirees from the province’s pension system; this will mean an investment of 2,800 million pesos”.
Capitanich also argued that the year-end bonus and the economic measures to encourage consumption can be made effective because “there is a solid, responsible and solvent administration that will translate into favorable projections for 2023.”
“In addition, for the third year in a row, we will have a primary and financial fiscal surplus and a debt restructuring strategy compatible with our ability to pay,” the governor remarked.
In the first half of the year, Chaco had a growth of 6.6%which was attributed by the governor “to the incentives of the public sector, from the social transfers of income, to the generation of employment, industrial promotion regime and stimuli to the private sector,” the Government reported.

Super-Discount days
Regarding the “Super-Discount days” during December for purchases in supermarkets with yours card of the Nuevo Banco del Chaco, they indicated that “it implies a 50% discount with a refund limit of $7,000” and using the NBCH24 Wallet “a refund is added with a limit of $2,000”, they clarified.
There will also be a 40% discount in toy stores for Christmas and Three Wise Men purchases with a refund limit of $5,000, paying with Tuya.
“The promotions are cumulative and by adding the benefits, the Chacos will be able to save up to $14,000 on year-end purchases,” Capitanich concluded.
