Capital City Mayor’s Office puts out to tender peripheral market in Chilibre for more than $ 12 million

The Mayor’s Office of Panama published last December 29 the bid for the best value for the construction of a peripheral market in the town of Chilibre, with a reference price of $ 12.8 million.

It will be a work that will be built on a two-hectare globe of land located in the Pedernal sector, in Chilibre.

It must have 44 modules for commercial premises, grocery stores, sale of grains, seafood, vegetables, fruits and meat products, details the tender documents.

This project will benefit 221 thousand inhabitants of the townships of Chilibre, Ernesto Córdoba and Las Cumbres, the document states.

For this Thursday, January 6, the Mayor’s Office has scheduled a “field visit” by the sector with those interested in the tender.

Companies must present their proposals on February 14, 2022.
