He agricultural sector of Santa Cruz will have a space to raise their concerns on Wednesday, August 14 at the Government headquarters.
The Agricultural Chamber of the East (CAO) received an invitation from the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, so that on Wednesday he will join the meeting that the Government of Luis Arce will hold with businessmen to address current issues.
The head of state, in his speech on August 6, for the 199 years of independence of Bolivia, announced that, to face the economic crisis, he will call on businessmen and social organizations to a dialogue.
At the meeting with private business, will be discussed: the exchange rate issue, exports and imports, among other topics.
The CAO Following its summit on August 8, decided to invite Arce, to Santa Cruz, and his economic team to a meeting on Tuesday, August 13.
The Executive did not confirm whether they would accept or reject the invitation made by the agricultural sector.but instead, they extended an invitation to the agricultural institution to travel to La Paz and participate in the economic meeting this Wednesday.
At the time, the president of the CAO, Jose Luis Farahindicated that “the time has come to move from words to actions” to resolve the diesel supply problems, full liberalization of exports, access to biotechnology and the elimination of price bands, among other requests.
