Cantv workers restore telecommunications services in Caracas

Homes and businesses on Baralt avenue in the Altagracia parish in downtown Caracas were attended to by technical personnel from the Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (Cantv)who through corrective maintenance work restored telephone and internet services in the aforementioned area, in order to advance direct and efficient attention to populations living in different states of the country.

Through the Twitter social network account @saladeprensaCantv, company representatives reported that the Breakdown Resolution Plan is advancing on Baralt Avenue, with the aim of guaranteeing connectivity to more than 150 homes and businesses that are located on the aforementioned town of the capital city.

The Cantv Blue Force carried out corrective maintenance work in different sectors, which contemplated the replacement of cables affected by deterioration, reconstruction of splices, terminal changes and line checks, this as part of the attention to requests received through the VenApp application of the 1×10 System of Good Governance.
