CANTV crews carried out this Thursday corrective maintenance to the network lines that are in the El Hatillo municipality, Miranda state; and thus restore the telephone and internet service to the subscribers of the La Boyera sector, in the entity.
Through its account on the social network Twitter, CANTV explained that, with these works, 2,100 subscribers in the area, who do not have telephone and internet service, will be served.
The tasks consist of the repair of networks affected by humidity or deterioration, for which the corresponding replacements of connectors will be carried out, as well as the “reconstruction of joints in underground ducts”.

At the beginning of the month, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, ordered work to respond to breakdowns in the Cantv network, following complaints made during his visit to the Altos Lídice commune in Caracas.
During that tour, he stressed that failures on connection breakdown requests must be answered within a maximum of 72 hours.
For this, a Command Post must be installed to manage in real time the complaints made by the VenApp, an application used to strengthen the 1×10 Good Governance.
