The National Telephone Company of Venezuela (Cantv) carried out 447 investigation processes against company workers and their alleged participation in irregularities in the collection of services.
During the first quarter of 2022, the company detected irregularities in the work of repairing breakdowns, changes in Aba plans, changes in lines and changes in the names of the holders.
That is why it carried out sanctioning measures against 52 people, with employment ties to the company, detailed in a press release.
Cantv indicated that it continues to take actions to combat irregular collection during the restitution and installation of its telecommunications services.
He added that in 2021, the company carried out 1,081 investigations for irregular acts, including 126 cases for improper collection.
The company also investigates, together with the security forces, external people dedicated to offering connectivity services in a deceitful way.
