Cantv inspects Fajardo telephone exchange in Caracas

Workers of the National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (Cantv) carried out an inspection of the Fajardo telephone exchange, located in Montalbán, La Vega parish, in the Libertador de Caracas municipality, in order to verify the progress in the modernization work that will allow providing the Aba Ultra service to the inhabitants of the Santa Ana sector in Carapita.

This was announced by the president of Cantv, M/G Jesus Aldanathrough the social network Twitter @salaprensaCantv, in which he highlighted that “this technical deployment of modernization from copper to fiber optics is carried out at the Fajardo Power Plant”, which aims to connect more than 600 families in the aforementioned sector with high-speed internet. speeds.

On July 3, during an interview on the Al Aire program broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, the president of Cantv announced that with the implementation of GPON technology, different navigation speed plans are being promoted, for popular sectors with 60 megabytes and, soon, they will implement the plan of 100, 200 and 300 megabytes.
