Candidates for quotas at the CNU have until Monday to appeal their results

Candidates for the second edition of the Unified National Public Competition (CNU) who do not agree with the preliminary result of self-declaration procedures for reserved places, you can appeal and request a review until this Monday (19).Candidates for quotas at the CNU have until Monday to appeal their results

The request for a new analysis of the result by black, indigenous, quilombola and disabled candidates must be made in the candidate area on the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) portalorganizing committee of the event. Authentication must be done with the candidate’s Gov.br platform account. Then, the interested party must access the “lodging appeals” menu.

These appeals will be analyzed by an appeal committee, designated by FGV and made up of members other than the members of the first confirmation committee complementary to the self-declaration.

In total, 35% of the vacancies in the competition are allocated to affirmative actions, 25% for black people, 5% for people with disabilities, 3% for indigenous people and 2% for quilombola people.

The final result of the confirmation/verification procedure for self-declaration to compete for reserved places will be announced on February 18th.

On Thursday (15), the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) and the National School of Public Administration (Enap) released the preliminary results of the evaluation of the self-declaration provided at the time of registration for the competition by black people, indigenous people, quilombolas and people with disabilities.

Reservation of vacancies

According to the rules of notice of the so-called Enem dos Concursos, the same candidate could compete simultaneously in different types of quotas.

In a note, the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) pointed out that 15,903 candidates who were approved in the first phase (objective tests) of the public examination carried out this self-declaration verification stage.

The model guarantees that the reserved vacancy is occupied by those who truly meet the legal criteria, with the aim of avoiding fraud and ensuring a fair analysis of each application.

In total, 14,659 confirmation procedures complementary to self-declaration were carried out for black people, in the same city chosen by the candidate to take the tests. Each application was analyzed by a committee made up of five members.

In the case of indigenous people and quilombola people, the additional verification procedure took place by electronically sending documentation through the FGV portal. FGV’s analysis was carried out by commissions composed mainly of members of these peoples and communities.

In total, 634 indigenous applications were analyzed. And another 616 applications from quilombola people were also analyzed.

FGV also counts 4,201 applications from people with disabilities (PWD). The evaluation of the declaration of disability in CNU 2025 did not take place in a physical office, but in a virtual format, via telemedicine, conducted by a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team made up of three specialists from different areas, at least one of whom is a doctor.

The MGI points out that CNU 2025 is the first federal public competition to fully apply the new Quota Law (Law No. 15,142/2025), which expanded and qualified inclusion policies in access to public services.
