“They are trying to incriminate me and launder the former mayor, but I am going to unmask everyone, and I will also talk about my life. I warn that the messages disclosed are false, illegal and digitally stolen from my cell phone that is found as evidence. Later, these messages were manipulated and delivered to the newspaper abc. I clarify; the messages released by the press do not appear in the judicial file, ”he posted.

The politician and communicator denounced that this digital theft and its subsequent manipulation violated the chain of custody of evidence and privacy protection laws.

“According to the record of the oral trial of 10/10/22, I authorized as a witness the extraction of messages with 6 people from my cell phone, despite the insistence of the defense lawyer wanting to extract all the data, but the court only authorized the extractions of 6 numbers. Now my lawyer is preparing a criminal complaint for the theft of the digital data from my telephone device and its subsequent illegal and manipulated disclosure. My phone is evidence and the chain of custody and the laws for the protection of my privacy were violated, ”she reported.
