This Statutory Reform project arises from the need and urgency to offer Colombians a better health service, which recognizes and preserves the achievements of the current system created by Law 100 of 1993, such as: universal coverage, insurance, financial protection of households, greater access to services, among others.“, they point out.

For his part, the senator of Cambio Radical, Carlos Fernando Motoa, explained that for the Party it is a priority to continue working to save the health of Colombian men and women and present proposals that open the debate towards other possibilitiesto counterbalance the reform that the National Government will promote in this new legislature.
