BairesDev, a technology solutions company, launched the ‘fast track’ hiring program in Colombia. The objective is speed up the interview stage of the selection process by up to 70% to hire 1,000 software engineers.

(‘40% of hires are from the technology sector’).

That is why we created Fast Track, to increase our team in record time and speed up the hiring process of 1,000 professionals in technological solutions.”, said Ezequiel Ruiz, vice president of talent acquisition at BairesDev.

In this phase, the ‘fast track’ program is specifically aimed at software engineers with advanced levels of English, specialized in Front-End, Back-End and Mobile development, DevOps, Testing, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

(Colombia, the country with the most Latino students enrolled in Australia).

The pilot of the program was launched in Brazil and has proven to be a success. “The next step is Colombia. The objective of this program is to offer opportunities throughout the national territory, regardless of the city or region in which the candidates are located.“said the manager.

It is worth noting that 25% of BairesDev’s talent is located in intermediate cities in Latin America. In Colombia alone, about 500 people work for the company from 30 cities in the country.
