Caixa Econômica Federal reported this Thursday (21) that it has once again offered the PcD credit line, with a discount on interest, for customers with a monthly income below ten minimum wages. PcD Caixa Credit is a line of financing aimed at people with disabilities to purchase products such as wheelchairs, home elevators, prosthetics, orthoses, glasses with filtering lenses. Services such as vehicle and residential adaptation, among others, are also financed.

There are two modalities that have a discount on interest: Modality 1, for customers with a monthly income above five minimum wages and below ten minimum wages, with an interest rate of 7.5% per year; and Modality 2, for customers with a monthly income of up to five minimum wages, with a rate of 6% per year.

There is also Modality 3, which does not offer a discount on interest, for customers who do not meet the income limits. The rate starts at 1.69% per month.

Payment is made in installments over up to 60 months and the installment is debited from a Caixa account. To take out credit, interested parties must go to a bank branch with their identity document, CPF, proof of updated address, proof of income and recommendation from a health professional (medical report, medical prescription or prescription book) with the identification of the items. to be financed.
