The financial entity of Casas de Cambio SA (Cadeca) announced the option of depositing on magnetic cards the Dollars that the customer buys in their establishments.
The novelty is that now you can choose if you want to buy the foreign currency in cash or credit it virtually on your card, the company specified on its Twitter account.

The purchase process does not undergo any changes. The buyer accesses the Ticket platform from the web or the application for mobile devices, creates an account and chooses the branch where they intend to make the purchase.
The accreditation of cash, of a maximum amount of 100 dollars, is in real time, and no commission is applied.
Cadeca will extend to all its headquarters the reception of dollars
Until today, Cadeca carried out in its offices the sale of MLC (US dollars or the equivalent in another available currency), only in cash.
Currently, there are 40 branches throughout the country that offer the currency sale service through Ticket reservations, as well as an office of Banco Popular de Ahorro on the Isla de la Juventud.
At the beginning of April, the Central Bank of Cuba repealed a June 2021 regulation that prohibited the acceptance of dollars in cash by banks and non-bank financial institutions. The control and overcoming of the COVID-19 pandemic, the gradual resuscitation of tourism and the gradual recovery of productive activity and services created a beneficial scenario for making that decision.
