Ciudad Victoria, Tamps., The leader of the PAN of Tamaulipas, Luis Cantú Galván, assured that former governor Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vaca could be a candidate of that party, to participate in a senator election that the electoral authority would call to relieve to Fortino López Vargas, who died in an accident in Zacatecas. García Cabeza de Vaca is considered the best prospect, after the candidate César Verástegui Ostos the trick he lost in the last election on June 5 against the morenista Américo Villarreal Anaya. López Vargas was a substitute for Villarreal Anaya, current governor of Tamaulipas.
