Cabello: what Erick Prince and the terrorist MCM say does not keep us up at night

The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured that what Erick Prince and María Corina Machado say “does not keep us up at night.”

This was stated this Monday, at the party’s weekly press conference, in which he pointed out that since the Bolivarian Revolution decided to confront imperialism and “we decided to be sovereignly free and independent,” the leaders of the Bolivarian Government are considered military objectives.

“What Erick Prince, an extortionist, says, does not keep us up at night, let them dream, let them continue dreaming,” said Cabello regarding Prince’s statements about alleged actions of extremism after the inauguration of President Nicolás Maduro on January 10.

Regarding the call of the extreme right leader María Corina Machado for next December 1, Cabello dismissed its impact saying “so many things she has said (…) Since 2002 she has said that ‘it’s not far away’, ‘it’s ready ‘, ‘weaker every day’. “How many times have they said this day is the date, this is the moment? And here we are, and where are they? Disappeared, fleeing Venezuela,” he noted.

“It is the mistake of these people to think that the issue is a person. “They are not facing a person, they are facing a Revolt,” he stated.

In this context, he asked “Where is Mr. Edmundo González? Pimping people, traveling, and those who are detained because of them, forgotten.

He referred to the Liberator Simón Bolívar Law, which provides for “the extinction of ownership, 30 years in prison, lifelong sanctions, political disqualification.” In this regard, he commented that trials will be held in absentia in the country. “People must understand that impunity is over in Venezuela.”

“What they do, applauding the United States, promoting that the United States enact laws against Venezuela, must have a cost, and they must feel that this cost is high,” he said.

He pointed out that the people demand that those who request or have requested sanctions and invasions against the country be punished.

USA leads fascism

Cabello referred to the opinion of the United States Government about considering Venezuela and Nicaragua a threat “it exalts us as countries.”

“We are a danger to what the US proposes, but we are an open door for peace, hope, the tranquility of a better world,” he expressed during a PSUV press conference.

He assured that it is admirable what Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela have had to go through. “The world admires what these people have done to confront imperialism,” he said.

He specified that fascism in the world is led by the United States, “that’s why what they say about us really gives us a lot of strength.”
