Cabello: the civic-military union is the wonderful equation of Venezuela

“The civic-military union staged on April 13, 2002 and that rescued democracy and Commander Hugo Chávez is the wonderful equation of Venezuela,” said the first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.

“The civic-military union is the wonderful equation of Venezuela,” said Cabello, during his tour of the march that commemorates the National Dignity Day this Wednesday.

He recalled that on April 13, 2002, said Cabello, the people and the Armed Forces wanted to see their commander in chief.

Despite everything they have experienced, “they still attack us and call us a dictatorship, when they are the ones trying to impose their model through force. Given this, we tell them they have not been able to and will not be able to, ”he stressed.

He explained that a revolution is a process and at that time in 2002 during the coup “there were betrayals within the Armed Forces, among the political and ecclesiastical sectors, they are traitors to the country,” he said.

He also stressed that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces “has joined this process in an extraordinary way, the civic-military union is wonderful,” he concluded.

«We continue working on the laws of popular power. The President has called for a time of transition to socialism that we must lead, from the government, from the Party, from popular power », he pointed out.
