The Argentine citizen detained by the State security forces while trying to enter our country came to fulfill a mission, said the first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.
“You go on his Instagram and see a photo of him traveling around the world, but his salary is $500. How do you do it? What were you coming to do in Venezuela, what was your task? It hurt them because he came to fulfill a mission, but thanks to the State security agencies we dealt him a hard blow,” Cabello said, while highlighting that this information will be revealed later, in a timely manner.
In this sense, during the usual weekly press conference of the red awning, he repudiated the matrix of opinion that has been attempted to be imposed on this case and denied that the National Government persecuted foreigners who enter the country.
“Here in Venezuela there is justice, authorities, sovereignty, independence. The Argentine Foreign Ministry has its ways and you will see what they do. They decided not to have relations with us and that makes things a bit difficult. In any case, here all detainees have their fundamental rights respected,” he emphasized.
Likewise, the Minister of the Interior, Justice and Peace also pointed out that in the last two months our country has received 168,446 procedures from foreigners who wish to cross into our borders.
“They come to Venezuela and know the best beaches in the world. They go to Canaima, to Los Roques, to the Jungle Toboggan. They come in holy peace, but whoever comes to conspire must assume their responsibility,” he said.
