Santo Domingo. – The National Association of Business, Executive and Professional Women (ANMEPRO) highlighted the importance of family co-responsibility, since the equitable distribution of household and parenting tasks is necessary.

ANMEPRO expressed itself in these terms in response to the statements of Pastor Ezequiel Molina, who indicated during the celebration of the Battle of Faith that “behind every successful woman, there is most likely a neglected home.”

According to the union, “the professional success of women is not in contradiction with their ability to contribute to family harmony. “Thousands of women in the Dominican Republic have shown that it is possible to balance their personal and professional aspirations with their family responsibilities, often facing structural challenges that limit their development.”
