During the morning of Thursday, the National Directorate of Public Procurement (DNCP) published that the company Davener SA was awarded for a total value of G. 1,035 million.

He managed to win the tender called “Hiring of a Cleaning Services Company” with the ID 405,469. For this tender, offers began to be received from Friday, February 18, 2022.

The Departmental Government of President Hayes was the institution in charge of carrying out the Call. With this, they add up to four consecutive years in which the firm has won the call for said item with this governorship.

The aforementioned firm has Gonzalo Eduardo Enjuto as its legal representative. The call presented four more companies; Carlos Rubén Oviedo Centurión, Eva Natalia Pereyra Acosta, Fumisan SA and Mafara SA

Gonzalo Eduardo Enjuto, in addition to being the legal representative of Davener SA, is the general manager of the Villa Hayes SA Shipyard, as confirmed by himself via WhatsApp messages.
The shareholders of the shipyard are the brothers Basilio “Bachi” Núñez (chartist) and Ricardo Núñez (velazquista). The first was mayor of Villa Hayes, capital of the department from 2006 to 2009. While the second was mayor from 2010 to 2015.

Basilio is currently a national deputy, while Ricardo is a member of the National Commission for Games of Chance (Conajzar), representing the municipalities.

Regarding the substantial difference in the price of the current call, compared to those of previous years, he replied that the increase is due to the fact that the current contract has a duration of two years. Unlike the previous ones where they were only links for 12 months.
