Builder and promoter of the PH Urbana ensure that they have all the permits for occupation of the building including the hermeticity test

After the morning of this Tuesday, November 1, an explosion was recorded in the PH Urbana de Obarrio, the group GK Developers, promoter of this apartment building, and the construction company Ingienería RM issued a statement lamenting this situation.
In the letter they assured that the personnel of the promoter and the construction company have made themselves available to the authorities for any matter concerning the attention of those affected; They also highlighted being open to any cooperation required by the residents of the surrounding buildings in the face of possible damage.
They added that they maintain constant collaboration with the authorities that investigate the causes of this fact.
The construction company and the promoter indicated that the PH Urbana is a work delivered and in the process of being occupied since May 2022, when it received the necessary occupation and safety certifications from the competent authorities, including fire prevention systems, including the tightness tests required by law. It should be noted that these tests are carried out by the Panama Fire Department or companies that are endorsed by this entity.
