Allan was one of the attendees at the June 15, 2017 meeting at the Banco Provincia headquarters in the city of Buenos Aires, where the then Buenos Aires Minister of Labor Marcelo Villegas alluded to the fact that he would like to have a “Gestapo” to act against trade unionists

Kreplak called for an investigation of the 14 attendees at that meeting that was filmed and whose evidence was found by the current AFI comptroller Cristina Caamaño, who filed the criminal complaint.

Allan had been summoned for Monday of last week, but the process was suspended pending a decision on its privileges by the Buenos Aires Senate.

Judge Kreplak will now have to define the procedural situation of the defendants, as well as some proposals that they formulated in their respective inquiries.

This Monday, the prosecutor of the case, Ana Russo, ruled against the claims of nullity and incompetence formulated by the defense of former Buenos Aires Undersecretary of Justice Adrián Grassi.

He asked that the claim of incompetence be rejected and that, through an inhibitory, jurisdiction is claimed by the federal justice of La Plata in the case that is being processed before the federal court 6 of Comodoro Py, for an old complaint from Medina and in another that is being processed before the federal judge Julián Ercolini, from which espionage maneuvers arise against “Pata” Medina and the Uocra.

The prosecutor insisted in her opinion that an alleged illicit association is being investigated and that the Bapro meeting is only a moment in the agreement of wills for the criminal plan which occurs later.
