former presidential secretary Bruno Pacheco would have indicated that, from the Government Palace, promotions in the Armed Forces and National Police of Peru were handled. Regarding this, he pointed out that Luis Tarrillo Gálvez, escort of President Pedro Castillo, was one of the architects and the one in charge of fulfilling the objectives as indicated by the president, he himself received the sum of US $ 20,000 for each promotion.
This was revealed by the “Fourth Power” program, which spread the collaboration of Bruno Pacheco with justice. He also points out that for the Armed Forces the charge for promotion was between US$40,000 and US$50,000; however, the escort of the head of state told him that the amount remained at US$20,000.
“In the case of police promotions, Mr. Jorge Tarrillo Gálvez, at the request of President Pedro Castillo, gave Bruno Pacheco the list of five names of the police officers he requested for promotion. After that, I found out that Jorge Tarrillo charged 20,000 dollars to be handed over to the president, as a result of having promoted said police officers, ”says the collaborator.
In that line he adds: “I am aware that Pacheco rebuked Tarrillo, that he was taking ‘everything’, because I heard comments that they were also paying him 40,000 and 50,000 dollars, responding that the payment was US$ 20,000 and that it was delivered directly to President Pedro Castillo.”
Pacheco argues that —after complaining to Tarrillo— for the ‘distribution’ in the collections of the promotions, he gave him a sum of US$ 40,000 in a bag; however, the money was returned because there was already a complaint about the case.
“The day after the delivery of the list, Jorge Tarrillo gave Bruno Pacheco a bag of money telling him that there was 40,000 dollars, which he returned and told him not to give him the money because, at that time, it was already there. the denunciation of the military promotions and he thought that they wanted to compromise him”, broadcast the “Fourth power” program.
