Bruno Pacheco denies becoming an effective collaborator: "I not only receive threats but also offers"

In addition, he highlighted that I cannot be an effective collaborator because to be an effective collaborator I have to have committed a crime, or have committed an act of corruption and I have not done so. Therefore, he cannot be an effective collaborator.”

In this line he made it clear that “Yes, I can collaborate with justice by telling the truth and if with the truth that I am going to tell someone is going to be saved or some are going to stay, unfortunately it will have to be that way.”

Pacheco assured that if at any time he remained silent it was due to “defense strategy because it was necessary to know how far the investigations advanced.” In addition, he added that he is not going to say the names of those allegedly involved because “When the Prosecutor’s Office summons me and tells me to comment on situations, I will have to comment and I will have to tell the truth.”

He denies interference in the MTC

The former official indicated that he has had nothing to do with the alleged mafia entrenched in the Ministry of Transport and Communications. “I have been secretary of the presidential office and my functions have been simply technical and regarding what has been secretary, what do I have to do with the ministers, I have not talked to anyone, I have nothing to do with contributions”he pointed.

“At no time have I talked about these issues about the ministries and honestly, it leaves me much to be desired that because of those sayings I am involved in the Tarata bridge,” He said and insisted that everything is political harassment. “The Prosecutor’s Office is becoming politicized, and that is wrong, there is no objectivity in the investigation,” she argued.

Regarding his links with Karelim López, he explained that “The only topics that we have discussed with the lady have been social prevention of her Christmas that she wanted to carry out at the end of the year in favor of the children of the regions of Peru”.
