With this strategy, Clara Brugada seeks to have her work team solve problems and requests immediately or, where appropriate, create the route for their fulfillment, in order to prevent them from leading to social mobilizations, marches or blockades due to the lack of services. .
“Why do they have to mobilize? When people decide to mobilize it is because they are not being resolved, because they are not being listened to, because they want to be present to be taken into account and to be cared for, so we have to get ahead of that, that is what a government emanating from the popular vote like this,” he stated.
Personal care strategy
Citizen government socket
On October 8, in the heart of Mexico City’s Zócalo, the head of government set up a day of public hearings for personal attention to problems raised by residents of the 16 municipalities.
This exercise will be carried out once a week in the main public square of Mexico City and the country from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All secretaries and government officials will be present.
The dynamics are as follows:
People who have any problem that the government of Mexico City must attend to, whether it be issues of patching, lighting, pruning, improvement of public spaces, lack of water, social programs, payment of taxes or any other, must come to the base. to obtain a pass to the receiving table.
This table will serve as a filter for government citizen service officials to channel the problem to the table corresponding to the secretary who must provide a solution personally.
If the problem raised has an immediate solution, a public servant from the agency is designated to follow up and resolve the request until the file is closed.
“We are going to have a mechanism that helps us make sure things are working well, but I am sure that all of them (the secretaries) have a vocation for service, that is why I invited them to govern the City of Mexico, because I know them and I know of their commitment to the population,” he highlighted.
Depending on the problem, some people may speak directly with the head of government, Clara Brugada, to raise their issue.
