Brugada led a ceremony at the National Auditorium, where he announced the voluntary retirement of 5,100 workers who had 30 or more years of service and base assignment of the same number of employees of the capital’s Government as part of the ‘Place by Place’ program.
“It is the retirement of more than 5,000 workers who leave the city government with their heads held high, who return to another stage in their lives, after having supported, strengthened and worked institutionally for this city,” said the head of Government.
Likewise, workers who are now at levels 79 and 80 will be promoted to level 89, which will improve their salary; In addition, 20,000 capital government workers will obtain their union number, which will increase their salary and benefits.
