According to the FA, this Friday, August 23 and Saturday, August 24, the candidates will visit various towns in the departments of Cerro Largo and Treinta y Tres, where they will carry out activities that include walks, meetings with activists and messages to the citizens.
On Friday, the day will begin in Rio Branco at 12:00 with a walk to the Comité Por la Victoria. Then, at 13:30, the formula will move to Laguna Merín, where they will share lunch and give a message at the local committee. The day’s tour will end in Plácido Rosas, where at 17:00 they will tour the town, give a message at the Central Plaza at 17:15, and end with a visit to the Comité Dragón at 17:45.
On Saturday, activities will begin early in Treinta y Tres. At 8:30 a.m., Orsi and Cosse will meet with the press at the Casa del Frente Amplio. Later, at 9:10 a.m., they will visit the Gerardo Amaral Committee in Bañado de los Olivera. The tour will continue on Isla Patrulla at 10:00 a.m. with a meeting with activists and neighbors at the local committee.
In Santa Clara de Olimar, the formula will walk from the committee to the square at 12:00, followed by a meeting with local organizations at 12:30 and a lunch with the militants at 14:30. Finally, the day will end in Cerro Chato, where at 16:30 they will meet with organizations in the El Galeón Hall and, at 17:30, they will close the day greeting the militants in the committee.
